표준 사용법
|
1. 하이로크 에어 척을 샤프트에 정렬하고 한 개의 볼트로 고정된다.
2. 하이로크 에어 척을 코어 에 삽입하고 테파 콘에서 보통 하는 대로 두 척 중 한 개 척을 빼낼 필요가 없다.
3. 코어를 지지하기 위해 하이로크 에어 척에 압축공기를 공급한다. 보통 하이로크 척은 튜브로 연결되기
때문에
척마다 에어를 주입할 필요는 없다.
4. 에어밸브를 다시 누르면 코어가 빠진다.
5. 1세트의 하이로크 척은 두 개 척 간격을 조정함으로써 어떤 원단 폭에도 사용 가능하다.

■Development of a Lightweight Air-Shaft
Using the Air-Capsule can produce a lightweight Air-Shaft with
large chucking force, Air-Capsule type shafts are approximately
half the weight of convertional Lug-tube type shafts. |
■Vibration Stabilization Mechanism
As shown in a drawing, the convertional Lug type Air-Shaft has
a design flaw. The defecive design makes it difficult to fix the
core to the center of the main shaft.This is becouse the tube
type shaft consists of an expansion tube, Which is put inside
of a pipe in conjunction with some lugs.The tube then expands
without any supporting point when air pressure is supplied.On
the other hand, the Air-Cupsule expands in all directions from
the main shaft keeping a precise center. In short, Air-Capsule
type shafts hold the corse on center with a supporting point.

■Long Life
The unified structure of the Air-Capsule type shafts,having no
lugs,eliminates friction that is produced between the rubber
tube and lugs of conventional type shafts during every rotation.
The elimination of lugs in the Air-Capsule design results in a
signficant increase in the life span of the shaft.
